Jacksonville attorney Dick McNeal looking through boxes of evidence discovery material in his client’s case. Prosecutors plan to show Cesar Laurean killed Maria Lauterbach.
The materials were handed over by Senior Assistant Distict Attorney Mike Maultsby on Tuesday. The state would not supply McNeil with discovery until Laurean was back in North Carolina.
